I've done the meds a couple of times now, and of course don't feel much different yet. I do notice a little freer breathing after taking the nasonex but I've only done the saline rinse once so far and I'm not really supposed to be noticing any improvements yet anway. I actually have been working through some deep muscle spasms and aches in the left side of my neck at present, and it started about 20 hours ago. It doesn't feel good, and sends horrible feelings up into my head. It's a worrisome feeling, but that pain is slowly diminishing, and I am hopeful it will be gone soon.
