I have decided to do the candida cleanse for myself along with Doshi for the next two weeks...actually the whole family has decided to cut back on sugar and things with yeast, so we'll see how things go. Doshi and I will be doing the extra stuff like acidophilus and fortune delight, the others will just tag along with a little healthier diet for a couple of weeks. I am hoping that I find a little difference with how I'm feeling when I am done.
